We'll Talk Away The Morning, Read The Papers, Misbehave

A song for the day, and for the mood if the day is good.

A rarity, the B-side of a 1983 single 'Here's To The Band', and the only Sinatra recording to feature only his vocal and a solo acoustic guitar.

Music by Jule 'Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend' Styne, lyrics by Susan Birkenhead; guitar - Tony Mottola.

A simple sketch from a master artist in his twilight years. Hope you like it.

  1. Like it? I love it. Some people seem to think that Sinatra was shit. I cant understand any of them. A truly great voice that melts in your head.

  2. He must have been in his 70s or whatever when he recorded this.....and yet if you'd asked me I'd have said it was 30 or 40 years earlier. Proof that if you've a voice, it stays with you for life.
