  1. I know I like the Sundays, but ever since one of my friends told me that he couldn't listen to their first album any more, as it soundtracked his first love dumping him, they always bring me out in a vicarious depression.

  9. Ahhh.... Harriet... *sigh*...

    Back in the day, caught them as a support to some such band who left no lasting impression and this one featured as part of their set that long ago night. Only they messed it up and had to start over. It is an extraordinarily complex song; at least 2 different beats being played out (perhaps 3, but my musical theory is somewhat limited). Anyway, they dropped a note or two and had to bravely start again, pulling it off erm... joyfully.
