Fucking HAMSTER, Simon, get thee to Specsavers, although i wouldn't mind hibernating with her. And Davy H if we all grew up none of us would be on here.
oh lord not that one too. there was always something desperately phoney about that lot. in my little world it was all the boys having kittens over siddeleys and talulah goshes. have you run out of these now ?
Was wondering if she would make an appearance. I must admit to having the odd lustful thought about Louise.
ReplyDeleteThe picture I really wanted was the one from the inner sleeve of 'Smart' - black dress, black tights, attitude, pout ("Sleeperblokes" behind).
ReplyDeleteSeems unavailable on t'internet in anything like the quality to which I aspire.
Bah.
PS: Should I buy a scanner?
ReplyDeletePPS: Should I grow up, perhaps?
Always thought she was a bit...hamster for my liking.
ReplyDeleteAnd where's the writing? We can't have pictures of slinky young ladies without writing can we?
Oh we can? Ok.
"Hamster" ?

ReplyDeleteShe does look pretty good these days though...
It was the teeth, and the slightly pouchy look she had. Hamster. I wasn't alone. Actually one of my mates used to call her Gordon The Gopher.
ReplyDeleteHe was no oil painting himself though, right?

ReplyDeleteI like her for her books. No, really! They're good books.
ReplyDeleteIt is a nice photo.
Guardian readers can come back in now.

ReplyDeleteI have. Move along now folks, nothing to see here.
ReplyDeleteI don't thing I've ever even heard of Sleeper. In my defense I was living in Florida in 1994.
ReplyDeleteDo you like? This was their biggest hit, I think.
ReplyDeleteAnd that's 'defence' shurely?
ReplyDeleteSadly, that's another of those "I've been living in the States too long" moments.
