  1. Is this the one that made up side 4 of the 'Live and More' LP? That was great! Don't believe I ever played the other three sides more than once. Is this a vinyl rip?

Apologies if I have broken some blogger ethic by posting you this. I am new to this game. It's meant to be my way of saying thanks.

  5. D. if I may say so, that is a fine way of saying thanks, and on your first peep above the parapet too! Moroderous!

Ethics? English county NE of London??

  6. PS: I am sure I am not alone amongst those of you who grew up in Britain during the 1970s in finding a certain section of Donna/Giorgio's 'MacArthur Park' eerily reminiscent of this...

  7. Thanks for this Davy boy. I was in a band back in the early 90s, our intro music was that very piece of music in that little linky. It's weird, it's gotten so many different layers of memory associated with it!

Meanwhile, Jenny Agutter on the tv right now, An American Werewolf In London. Sorry. Had to share!

  9. Was at a do yesterday and was wondering if we were going to be treated to another disco classic and once again you deliver the good.
My mate's mother had this live album by Tony Christie and every time I went round his version of MacArthur Park seemed to be playing, fucking awful only surpassed by his rendition of Hey Jude.

  14. I did plan this to be the last, though I have to say that lovely track wxjltonight uploaded - which in all its Kraftwerk-esque Moroderisms and deep melancholy I like very much more than MacArthur Park - almost made me change my mind.
